My journey in the beauty industry began at the age of 12 years in Detroit, MI. My mother taught me the technique of styling natural hair and installing hair extensions. Although styling hair wasn’t my passion, I developed my own technique that women were offering to pay me. By the age of 14, I was an aspiring entrepreneur working out of the family home. After high school, I pursued college instead of beauty school earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and began a 16 1/2-year career devoted to public service.
A decade into my career a friend and colleague recruited me to sell lash mascara as a makeup consultant. It was that business venture which reignited my interest in the beauty industry. Discovering my natural gift and talent in the world of beauty and realizing my journey was truly about self-discovering my God-given purpose and passion, I enrolled in beauty school to advance my hair artistry skills to the next level. I yearned to not just learn but master the art of extending the natural hairs of women's eyelashes.
I am a licensed Esthetician, a Master Lash Artist, and a licensed Instructor dedicated to providing clients with top-notch quality service, products, and educational training. I started this business so I could help meet the need of lash artists with a focus on empowering others to discover their true purpose and passion.
